Certified experts Fire (SAK)

This statute contains regulations and general guidelines on the certification of experts referred to in Chapter 10. 8 § 2 of the Planning and Building Act (2010: 900). the expert should check and verify if the construction legislation on safety in the event Fire is met.

The general guidance contains recommendations and examples of application the provisions of this statute. The general recommendations are preceded by text General advice and is printed using smaller, indented text immediately after the regulation to which they refer.

To get the new decision certified expert, the validity of the earlier Decision expires, only the requirement in § 10 of this Constitution met if the applicant worked as an expert in fire protection to a significant extent during the past five years. If the applicant is not worked to a substantial extent be the requirements of §§ 4-10 this statute fulfilled.

– Eligibility N for checking the buildings in which fire protection planned using approved solutions mentioned in example manuals,
– Eligibility K for the inspection of buildings in which fire protection was planned
using engineering assessments, methods and calculations.
